At Heartbeat Labs, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our customers. Our fulfillment policy outlines our procedures regarding order processing, delivery, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Orders for our mystery shopping services are processed immediately upon purchase confirmation.
Customers will receive an email confirmation with details of their order.
Service fulfillment timelines vary based on the nature of the mystery shopping assignment and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Digital reports and feedback from our mystery shopping services will be delivered via email or our online portal within the agreed timeframe.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
If a service is not delivered as described or within the agreed-upon timeline due to an issue on our end.
If a customer requests cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and before any service has been initiated.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@heartbeatlabs.io
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days back to the original payment method.
Refunds do not apply to services that have already been performed or partially fulfilled.
Due to the nature of our services, returns do not apply.
If a customer is dissatisfied with the results of a mystery shop, they may request a review or re-evaluation of their case.
Customers may cancel their service order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that no service fulfillment has begun.
If work has already started, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
Subscription services (if applicable) can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

Heartbeat Labs complies with all applicable local and international regulations.
Our services may not be available in certain locations where mystery shopping activities are restricted or prohibited by law.
