Unengaged Mystery Shop
Shopping with Heartbeat Labs has never been easier, as all personas for our mystery shoppers are pre-created, including name, gender, address, phone, and email. The average shopper can complete over 15 shops per hour. Our shop scenarios consist of two main steps: Submission and Evaluation.
Shop Submission
Shoppers visit automotive dealer websites and interact like typical American car buyers. This may involve auditing the website for available tools, evaluating calls-to-action (e.g., "Value Your Trade" and "Get ePrice"), and ultimately submitting a request for more information while posing a relevant question. Shoppers capture screenshots and save them within the Heartbeat Labs application, marking the completion of the submission phase.
Shop Evaluation
Three to five days after submission—depending on the shop scenario—shoppers evaluate their completed shops. This process is powered by autonomous programming and AI, with shoppers focusing on quality control (QC) by verifying that the system has accurately processed the evaluations.
